Customer service the worst I have experienced, start a complaint case case in August. Had to start it again today. Then they say they will get back to you within 10 days. When I shopped there the previous time I was in the store, the candlestick I wanted to buy was not available. I got in the car and placed an order online. After 30 minutes, I receive an SMS that the product is available for collection. Then they packed up two demos and were going to sell them. Trying to deceive the customer, they didn't show that I was in the store and asked for the product just before! So a strong warning about this store!
