Visited again after long time and I can feel some improvement. Ramen is still quite sweet, but otherwise taste good. Nigiri lax sushi was fresh and good although a bit too much rice and the rice is not sushi rice, but jasmine rice
The place is cozy and just near my home, which is very convenient. The portions are generous and the taste is overall enjoyable. It also comes with miso soup, which is a nice bonus.
I always have some fresh Gyoza followed by their outstanding Tempura Rolls. I tried other dishes as well, the ramen bowls were pretty nice as well. But, the perfectly fried tempura battered shrimps rolled with fresh cucumbers and spicy mayo is my absolute favourite. Amazing balance of tastes and textures. Recommend!
Found this Ramen and Sushi Spot in Stockholm rather lucky while looking for Restaurants a bit outside of the City Center and let me tell you the Bus ride was more than worth it.nWe took the bus 1 from the City Center to the restaurant.nGetting a table on saturday evenening was super easy.nWe had Ramen and a Maki Role. Both items were super good. For starters you can serve yourself with Miso soup. 10/10 would recommend. Prices also for Stockholm actually low i would say.nDont miss this spot while in Stockholm!
Authentic and delicious food with an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs work their magic. Visited during peak dinner hours, so there was a slight wait – but the food was absolutely worth it! Highly recommend for a flavorful dining experience.
