cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered salmon poke bowl and the porsion was huge for my tummy. The sauce was peanut based. Overall the taste was good and the plating was wonderful.
There are two ramen menus without pork: Shoyu ramen and Vegetarisk ramen. For Shoyu ramen, inform the waiter without pork because they have two types, with and without pork. The ramen is delicious, and we got free miso soup too.
Best sushi I ever had ! The rice is perfectly cooked not mushy at all and at room temperature... Wow such an experience !nDefinitely coming back !nWe ate the Tonkotsu Ramen which was excellent ! With a whole egg and tons of meat !nAlso one of the few restaurants were you have service at your table, highly apprecited.
Easily my favorite place when it comes to japanese food in Uppsala!nnTheir miso ramen is great, full of flavor but still feels light. Noodles have great texture and the pork is very good. I would have liked to see an egg but i didn’t really miss it.nnThe sushi presentation with dry ice is a very nice touch that makes even a lunch a bit more special.nnHighly recommend!
