Ordered parts, including a spare parts catalog for my Ilo G50 engine. Made a mistake and ordered an fp50. Realized the error within an hour and had not received any message from them so I placed a new order where I ordered a G50 and wrote that I would not have an fp50!! I see that they still sent the fp50 and I am forced to pay for it AND another order for the g50 spare parts catalog. So a spare parts catalog that I do not need plus an extra shipping. I had also checked in the second additional order that it would be a joint order with the first.. They are not responding either and correcting the mistake they made! Very poorly managed. I also bought new gas and clutch handles from them this summer that I installed at Christmas. Unfortunately, when you tighten the fastening screw, you can still turn the handles around, around the handlebars?? No compensation there either. No one answers when you call!n Peter.
