Good value for money and it’s exactly what I expected. Very clean room, with all basic equipment and features. However, very limited storage space.nLocation is great, just a minute to a tram stop and 10 min walk to the metro station that brings you to the city center in about 10 minutes. The surrounding is beautiful with a newly built houses and hotels mixed with industrial and harbour buildings. Quite a few restaurants and cafes in the nearest area.nGood option with late check-in. I haven’t tried breakfast or bar food offer.nGood location if you want to get to Avicii arena or the stadium as well as do some sightseeing in the old town the motel is in the middle
Cozy, colorful rooms with general amenities for a great value! Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect location right next to the tram station for easy access to the rest of the city.
Fantastic value! Metro stop right outside, cheap but tasty breakfast, and friendly English-speaking staff. Clean bathroom and bedroom, with a great rainfall shower. Bed was soft but we still slept like rocks. No fridge or iron, but there’s always coffee, water, and ice in the lobby. They even arranged our early morning cab—couldn’t ask for more!
I really liked the stay. Price is good, for Stockholm I think very good. Room was small, but clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and variety was sufficient, for two mornings anyway. Location is not exactly central and surroundings have a bit of industrial character, although I would not call it unpleasant. Public transport links are fine, tram and bus stops are right in front of the door and metro stop is not too far either.
Disappointing. I will premise this review on the fact I did not actually stay at this hotel, however, I feel it important to call out the inflexibility and lack of customer experience they showed in relation to a booking I made incorrectly.nnI had incorrectly booked the room exactly one month ahead of the correct time of arrival. Upon notifying them of this and asking for the reservation to be modified all I received was a somewhat automated response saying ‘request denied’. In furtherance to this I sent an email directly to them to which I did not receive a response.nnI feel that as I was not requesting a cancellation and refund but rather just a modification of my arrival time they could have been more accommodating and flexible in satisfying my request.
