We stayed here for our trip in August. Even though it’s a motel, it’s a really good motel. Very clean and spacious.nnThe location is really good as it’s situated right outside a tram and we purchased the 72hr travel card which we were able to use throughout the whole of Stockholm. Therefore we saved monies by not staying in central. Free water and tea in the lobby. We didn’t get the breakfast option as they only offer cold breakfast but we went to the espresso house next door which offered great options and a few cafe down the road and the sky bar offers brunch. Supermarket few doors down too which offers a great variety. Free toiletries was offered but not replenished when finished so we had to ask for more. Free gym too.nnThe negatives: the pillows were too soft and we asked for extra. We couldn’t check in before 3pm but we were able to leave our luggage in their storage facility. It’s also a Motel so bear in mind they don’t have a safe, mini fridge or telephone in the room.nnHowever, overall we would recommend to stay.
Been staying here over 10 times by now. Always my go-to choice when going to concerts in Stockholm. 10-15 minute walk to the Globen area. Or one stop with the subway. Really nice hotel, feels very luxurious!
Nice hotel located in a quiet area near the big Gullmarsplan Metro Station. There is a stop in front of L Motel.nThe hotel is modern, with small but confortable rooms arranged in a designed style.nThe reception is huge and pleasant with armchairs and table where you can get complimentary tea, coffee...nThe gym located on the 1st floor is well equipped and neat.nThe breakfast buffet is just excellent.nOnly one remark about the room cleaning : they probably have too many rooms to take care of and therefore they tend to forget certain services.
Great hotel in Stockholm. Very convenient location with easy access to public transportation and easy street parking. The rooms were clean but not very big. The breakfast was perfect. Our only complaint is that we arrived 30 minutes before check-in time, and although it was obvious that the rooms were ready, they told we had to wait until official check-in time. Overall, it was a good experience and good value for money.
We just booked a room for 2 nights with a friend from Baltimore. Wonderful experience overall, with everything you’ll need to feel safe and home in the gorgeous city of Stockholm. Thank u a lot to the amazing receptionists Oliver and Aksel. Very professionnel and cosy!
