Motel L

We stayed here for our trip in August. Even though it’s a motel, it’s a really good motel. Very clean and spacious. The location is really good as it’s situated right outside a tram and we purchased the 72hr travel card which we were able to use throughout the whole of Stockholm. Therefore we saved monies by not staying in central. Free water and tea in the lobby. We didn’t get the breakfast option as they only offer cold breakfast but we went to the espresso house next door which offered great options and a few cafe down the road and the sky bar offers brunch. Supermarket few doors down too which offers a great variety. Free toiletries was offered but not replenished when finished so we had to ask for more. Free gym too. The negatives: the pillows were too soft and we asked for extra. We couldn’t check in before 3pm but we were able to leave our luggage in their storage facility. It’s also a Motel so bear in mind they don’t have a safe, mini fridge or telephone in the room. However, overall we would recommend to stay.

I have not had the experience of staying in a motel, and it seems to me that this motel is different from the general perception of a motel. Hotels with 3-4 stars are sometimes not so well-kept Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, good gym, nearby transport, supermarket. Check-in is possible only from 3 p.m., we arrived a little earlier and had to wait. Free tea and coffee for guests in the lobby.

Great hotel in Stockholm. Very convenient location with easy access to public transportation and easy street parking. The rooms were clean but not very big. The breakfast was perfect. Our only complaint is that we arrived 30 minutes before check-in time, and although it was obvious that the rooms were ready, they told we had to wait until official check-in time. Overall, it was a good experience and good value for money.

Air conditioner wasn't working well, but the room was really nice, quiet, and clean. Bed was ruper comfortable, Staff were friendly. I put five stars for location because it is really Central and you can just jump right on a bus or walk 10 minutes to the subway.

A perfect price performance hotel. The rooms and hotel are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a bus and tram stop in front of the hotel, where you can transfer to the center. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, open from 7 in the morning to 10 in the evening. There is also a coffee shop. There is always hot coffee, tea and water in the hotel lobby and it is free. If I travel to stockholm again, I would stay here again. Even though I was a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. Great motel for the price of 100€/night! Quiet neibghourhood and kind staff. Breakfast was decent. - 2 stars for having no air conditioning and for the room being a bit dirty! Otherwise great price!Rum: 3/5

Otroligt prisvärt! Trevlig personal och en mycket högre standard än vad priset antyder. Enda nackdelen är restiden in till city, men hållplatsen är precis utanför. Mycket välkomnande lounge som man gärna spenderar tid i.Rum: 4/5

Overall good, but just next to an energy industry ? I don't think it's a good spot to stay more than a day, if you consider your health important ! But the hotel was nice, the chamber was good too but we can't open the window since there's no windows so ... And with the energy power plant industry or something else just in front of you, better not opening . A little gym room, when I went there there was nobody but I don't know if this tiny room will fit the entire hotel . The subway/transport is nice to reach the center of Stockholm since it's just in front of the hotel !
