Clean, quiet, cozy, and conveniently located. The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was fantastic! Would be nice if there was the ability to control temperature in the room, but fortunately it was pretty comfortable. Definitely recommend!
Room was clean and modern, shower was good, big TV, free coffee and tea bags all day long, very quiet, only five mins walk to metro station and same line direct to Stockholm central also airport. However, the bed and pillow were way too soft, waist and back are sinking in the bed, bed is a bit small too. Overall, it was still a good stay.
The room where we stayed in looked exactly as advertised. It was perfect for two people, with a comfy bed and a nice shower. Plus, they offer free coffee in the lobby, which is a great perk. The only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have any shower sliders, so water tended to get everywhere. Also, the location is a bit far from the city center, but overall it was a good stay.
Confortable hotel near Stockholmsmässan. It is close to the commute train station just 15min far from Stockholm central station.nRoom clean and calm. Private batchroom. No tested breakfast.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good stay in this hotel. The reception was very rude and my reservation included breakfast but I had to pay extra .I was fined 1000 kroner for giving wrong info about the parking.The bed was so uncomfortable that it caused my back pain. It was written in the reservation that the breakfast was excellent, but the breakfast was very simple and expensive.I do not recommend it at all. It was written on the website that there is a parking lot, but the parking lot cannot be reserved, and after arriving at the hotel, if there is an empty space, you can park, otherwise there is no parking space. During my entire stay, there was never an empty parking lot. One of the principles of hotel management is how to deal with passengers, unfortunately, the hotel reception was very rude in this manner!
