Room was clean and modern, shower was good, big TV, free coffee and tea bags all day long, very quiet, only five mins walk to metro station and same line direct to Stockholm central also airport. However, the bed and pillow were way too soft, waist and back are sinking in the bed, bed is a bit small too. Overall, it was still a good stay.
The room where we stayed in looked exactly as advertised. It was perfect for two people, with a comfy bed and a nice shower. Plus, they offer free coffee in the lobby, which is a great perk. The only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have any shower sliders, so water tended to get everywhere. Also, the location is a bit far from the city center, but overall it was a good stay.
Lovely hotel in a convenient location next to the railway station. Breakfast was great, the service was friendly and the room was clean. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good stay in this hotel. The reception was very rude and my reservation included breakfast but I had to pay extra .I was fined 1000 kroner for giving wrong info about the parking.The bed was so uncomfortable that it caused my back pain. It was written in the reservation that the breakfast was excellent, but the breakfast was very simple and expensive.I do not recommend it at all. It was written on the website that there is a parking lot, but the parking lot cannot be reserved, and after arriving at the hotel, if there is an empty space, you can park, otherwise there is no parking space. During my entire stay, there was never an empty parking lot. One of the principles of hotel management is how to deal with passengers, unfortunately, the hotel reception was very rude in this manner!
The beds are a disgrace and offer no back support whatsoever.nYou sink into the mattress and pillow like quicksand, so that not a single night's sleep is possible without back and neck pain.nGiven that this is the main subject of previous negative reviews, it's a shame that the problem persists.nIn addition, the walls are as thin as cardboard and you can hear every word in the corridor as if the person were standing in your own room.nOur room was opposite the fire door on the lift and in the middle of the night a group was getting ready to check out in the middle of the corridor, making a lot of noise and depriving us of any sleep. The reception responded quickly to the complaint, but unfortunately the receptionist was not taken seriously by the group in question and the problem did not improve.nnOn a positive note, we liked the calm location in a suburb, proximity to the supermarket, train station & city centre as well as the solid cleanliness of the rooms.nnAll in all, unfortunately, a very unsatisfactory experience. Especially those who only come here to sleep are probably in the wrong place - as beds & noise protection make this almost impossible.
