Totally disrespectful of time and the customer, receiving confirmation of booking a car, arranging transportation and issues related to the purchase after two days I get information that the car goes to sell to someone else, I advise against wasting time and asking to buy people with whom the flow of information and lack of communication is something normal.nI advise against it, a waste of time!
I bought a car for export. I asked them numerous times if the car was with marginal taxation or including VAT. They told me it was including VAT. In the end they were wrong and they were not very good at handling their mistakes. In the end they did, but it took them two months to give me a receipt with the correct information. This caused us much trouble in our accounting.nnThe car itself is ok.
Absolutely terrible customer service, the staff are just robots with absolutely no compassion or will to help. I do not recommend engaging in any sort of business with these people, stay away!
I am a long time customer to Motorcentralen in Umeå 2 cars. I really like VW cars. But, I have yet to experience a smooth and problem free service appointment. Twice they simply forgot to actually carry out the service I had booked! There is always something that goes wrong. Wrong price, wrong or no loan car etc. If you complain loudly they compensate you for the trouble, but had things worked well in the first place, that would not be necessary. When I add the diesel scandal upon this I am sorry to say that I have had it with VW, at least in Umeå.
Not happy with the way they treat consumers. And the staff seam to have poor competence. To bad, I really like the VW cars.
