TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the UK and R.O.I and Europe over the age of 18. Employees of Mountain Horse, Facebook and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated entities, suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of all parties are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Contest Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Mountain Horse’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: Competition begins at 8am GMT on Sunday 10th December2017 and ends at noon GMT on Friday, December 15th, 2017 (the “Competition Period”).

4. How to Enter The Competition: During the Competition period, enter by first visiting Mountain Horse on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/MountainHorseUK/
You must have or create a Facebook account to participate. Users must like and comment under Mountain Horse photo posted on the Mountain Horse Facebook page on Sunday, December 10th as directed in the post. Each participant may make a maximum of one (1) entry during the Competition Period. Multiple entries are not permitted. Any attempt by any entrant to make more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified at the Mountain Horse’s sole discretion. All entries must be received by Mountain Horse during the Competition period or they will be void.

5. Judging Criteria: Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
Mountain Horse Marketing Team will choose one winner at random to win a Mountain Horse River Knit Sweater on Friday, December 15th. Winners shall be notified by commenting under their answer on the Facebook post. Mountain Horse reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
These determinations are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Competition. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the Competition.

6. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by Facebook comment under their answer. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate determination. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may also be disqualified and an alternate potential prize winner will be determined. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.

7. Prizes: 1 x Mountain Horse item (River Knit Sweater). Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
By entering this Competition and accepting a prize, the winner agrees to maintain his/her behaviour in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any contest- or prize-related activity. The winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring any part of the prize, except in sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
By entering, you release Facebook from all responsibility and liability for this competition. Facebook in no way sponsors, endorses or administers, not is it associated with, this competition. Any information that you provide is provided Mountain Horse and not to Facebook.

Om Mountain Horse

Mountain Horse är ett svenskt familjeföretag, som producerar exklusiva, högkvalitativa kläder och skor till ryttare världen över. Huvudkontoret ligger i Vallda, strax söder om Göteborg.

För att förklara Mountain Horse historia, måste vi börja med mannen som startade Mountain Horse och som än i dag är VD – Lars Sjöswärd. Lars Sjöswärds passion för hästar och ridning, i kombination med hans entreprenörsanda och erfarenheter från fjärran östern, lade grunden för Mountain Horse framgång. Lars dotter, Catherina, började rida redan som ung och hon tyckte det var svårt att hitta ridkläder som fungerade bra under de kalla svenska vintrarna. Catherina frös ständigt om fötterna – vilket medförde att hon och Lars utvecklade en vinterridstövel som var anpassad för det kalla svenska vädret. 1988 lanserades därmed Mountain Horse första produkt – Mountain Horse Winter Rider Boot!

Idag, nästan 30 år senare, arbetar 20 ambitiösa medarbetare för att driva Mountain Horse framåt, mot nya mål. Mountain Horse distribuerar produkter över hela Europa, USA, Kanada, Kina, Japan, Australien, Nya Zeeland, Dubai och Sydafrika.
