We have been ordering from them for about 5 years and it's be great. The only time it's tricky is during the bee season and this is to be expected. I would recommend them to anyone.
Used their glass jars in the production of jam, marmalade and caramel sauce. Suddenly we had major problems with mold in the jars. Contacted a customer service that was, to say the least, terrible because the lids were obviously defective because the lids did not hold tightly. MSbiredskat lied that they had never previously noticed problems with lids, even though I had been in contact with several other producers with the same problem who also contacted customer service.nnIt took several months before we received a response. MSbiredskat was not helpful and said that the lids/jars are only for cold filling. It does not say anywhere on the website that the lids/jars can only be cold filled without them being food approved. Nothing that their retailers inform about either, even though they tell you what the jars are to be used for.nnHad to recall large quantities and discard what was produced. Want to warn other producers about this company. Buy your jars and lids from another supplier, especially since their jars/lids cannot be heated. There are other companies with good customer service.nnIn the picture you can see that the lid did not hold tightly so the caramel sauce leaked out which also made it possible for mold to grow.nnUpdate:nAfter I wrote this review I received a response saying that I knew all along that the lids/jars are only for cold filling which is stated on their website. According to them it is all my own fault... I went to their website and it now states that the lids are only approved for cold filling. Since I was not born yesterday I was able to quickly check that they recently updated their website with this information which was not stated before. Everything from this company is lies and a scam. Avoid this company. They should be ashamed of their customer service.
When you order, you are not told the shipping cost, but it is added in arrears. I ordered 1 kg of wax sections for 209 SEK. I first received an invoice for 739 SEK where the cost for packaging was 345 SEK + VAT. I called MS Biredskapsfabriken and was treated kindly as there had clearly been a mistake. They updated the invoice, whereupon the total cost was 350 SEK, of which 141 SEK was for shipping and packaging.
Really really scam company!nnBe very careful not to order from them. The company has a terrible customer service and the probability that you will get help is = 0.nnVery unreasonable costs for transport, packaging and alternative shipping.nnAvoid as much as possible!
I have ordered several times here. Always a fast and cheap delivery. Shipping costs are as small as possible compared to other companies. They get 5 stars from me.
