Doctors were nice. But the guy who addresses the queue and other staffs are extremely rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. Especially the guy outside, he doesn’t like non-white people I guess. Inside staff tell no need for appointment and this guys always troubles us by not allowing inside, misbehaves with non Swedish or whites. I want to take my son and this guy always troubles us. We go during drop in time, but still this guy has problem. I don’t understand why.
The one who addresses the queue is extremely rude and disrespectful. When I called for an appointment they informed me to drop by so I went early and stood in the line when it's my turn that guy suggested me to take an appointment since there are lot of people to visit for a moment I said yes and within few minutes went back and said already I came early so I will visit now itself but he was very rude pushed me with the sticky notes he had and said you go back you already said yes for appointment.

He who stands outside the door always tries not to take the people into the vc. If you get the chance to get in, then another problem is that you never get real help who needs it...
