Please change healthcare center! You don't get help, it's a waste of time, report them to ivo and talk to the patient committee, have been walking around with skin rashes and allergic reactions such as swollen face and other places etc.. they give you a time for a phone call, then they call 1 time 30-50min after the set time, then if you have missed a call you get an invoice for SEK 360, I WORK you can't have the phone in your face, they should look for a job in another place first and do it worse than it already is
Bad service, no help, don't even understand how this can be called a health center
We have been going here for 5 months now with our daughter. As a mother, I have pointed out certain things several times but they just wave it away. Then when her father calls we get an appointment straight away for the pediatrician. I think it's fucking bad. They are ignorant and don't listen to anything. Ugh, they should be ashamed of themselves for this.
Incompetent, unprofessional and arrogant staff. Had to chase them down for follow up on test results and make appointments because they forgot. The doctor calls and shouts at my wife when he is about to announce the appointment. The worst thing I witnessed was the doctor telling the receptionist to make a new appointment for me. According to him, I am late. He claims this without checking to see if I'm sitting in the waiting room. I was there 10 minutes before my time, the receptionist could testify to thatnnAnd many other things that I won't write herenAvoid this health centernnDon't waste time Complaining to the operations manager.nExtremely bad treatment
