I have visited jourcentralen Kungälv like four-five times with my kids or myself the last couple of years. I have always recieved a very good care without any fuss. The doctors have treated my kids with kidness and efficiency. I always feel good about paying taxes when i have been there.
We had the same bad experience today. They totally neglected my 1 year old who was having fever for 4 days. I waited there for almost 2 hours and everyone who came after me went in. Then my son started vomiting and start crying due to high fever. But the staff was very bad and unfriendly. I asked from a nurse how long more will it take for us to meet the doctor and then she replied rudely that we didn’t wait enough and we should know that is how it works. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Even doctors there at the time was not care enough to listen to us.nnThis is one of the worst health care place we’ve been so far in Sweden. Very disappointed why they could not prioritise the little one at least first come first serve basis.
Nice staff, nicely cleaned and also very professional treatment. Would have liked more comfortable chairs / benches to sit on, which takes away 5/5 stars.nnThanks for the help yesterday! You are all awesome :
I have been here twice in 6 years. I think it's perfectly fine.nUnfortunately, I don't always understand what the doctors say as their Swedish is substandard. It's not something I usually react to, but here it was unfortunately significant.nI either ask them to speak in English or I repeatedly ask what they are saying.nnBut okay, first of all, I went in one day when the drt was a bit slushy outside, I was waiting for a doctor and a nurse comes by smiling and nonchalantly saying that I should put on a pair of booties, when no one else, off about 8 people, wore it.nThe person at the checkout/reception was nice after she refused to take my ID card, then lifted up the small silver box where I could put it, while she herself put it close to her so I had to lean over to take it strange thing .nThen I had to see the doctor who was going to send me for an X-ray, it was a bit fuzzy and the paper couldn't be read so they had to call the doctor to get an explanation, but he ended up not being able to explain at all, so I had to tell them where They were going to x-ray me.nAfter that, I sit down in the emergency room again where I waited for the doctor for a full 2 hours, and then get an answer in the waiting room that I can go to the health center instead.nThere are many journals online that tell us nothing at all that makes sense, and I didn't get to see the x-rays either.nnCan mention that it's been 3 months and I still have pain in my wrist and can't use it like I should. No other doctor can see any pictures and no one understands anything, I hope the service and work done can be a little more professional in the future.
I was apprehensive about going here as many of the comments were so critical, but I have to say that I was treated incredibly well by both doctors and nurses. Ready in approx: 50 min!
