Very bad experience with this folk.nNurses play they are doc’s and have self no idea.nI don’t want say that they are stupid but not really helpful.nBefore you can get a meeting with a real doc, you have to tell same story again and again...nTerrible ....

Having to wait ages for doctors appointments, apparently the manager of operations there must be very happy with how they are working at the moment when people have to wait 3-5 months for a visit. Once you're there, they're hardly a human being in the whole hospital, so you start to wonder what the hell they're really doing.nnWhen you ask to get hold of someone, you promise them that they will call, but you never get any feedback, instead you have to call yourself and remind them further, or you have to be very unpleasant for the message to get through.
Terribly poorly organized. Difficult to reach on the phone. Impossible to get an appointment with a doctor. I have asked for a health check but the nurse I was with could not book one. She promised that a nurse responsible for the booking would contact me. It has been more than three weeks and no contact has been made. It is deplorable. I have high blood pressure and should be checked regularly. The nonchalance shown is deplorable.
The worst contact I have ever had with a health center. Wasting my time for a month now and refusing to give me a doctor's appointment, even though they have no right whatsoever to deny me. I have been backed up by several other receptions who have confirmed that Närhälsan must help me, yet they have continued to refuse me. Registration will take place here. Changed health center to private Borås health center in Borås after the last call today.
