This is going to be a long one....nService: Ordered to-go one bento and one sushi-burrito with chilimayo on the side since I can't handle spice via website qopla 17:50.nI arrive 18:01 and the website indicate it will be ready in one minute.nWhen I enter I don't get acknowledged, instead I go ahead and prep the complimentary miso soup while waiting.nSuddenly the order says it's delayed. Workers are working in a slow pace and after a while they call out number 20. I have 18.nSeveral orders with a number higher than me gets called and I do make the worker know I have number 18 in case they missed the order.nEventually at 18:25 our food is ready but my burrito is covered in chilimayo.nI let them know it's incorrect and even show my order on the phone.nNo apology but after discussing with his coworker he eventually acknowledged he did it wrong.nI'm in a rush so I ask if I can get some extra wakame or somethin as compensation and that would make me take it as is.nHe says thanks for taking it and hands me the bag. I repeat the question several times and he eventually offers to remake it, but says it would take 10 more minutes.nI say that I would have to move my car and I don't really have time to wait.nI ask if he can tell me whether the chilimayo is very spicy since I can't handle spice but he doesn't understand the question.nAfter repeating the question he says it's only a little spicy but he can remake it in 10 more minutes.nI then gave up on any compensation or apology and just took everything as it was.nFood: The miso was of course cold and way below average in taste. The burrito was at least edible, thankfully the chilimayo wasn't overly spicy but they dumped the little wakame they had on top of some wasabi which I only noticed after I took a big bite.nThe bento was way below average, the majority of the bento was lots of dry salad mix, the meat was dry, the rice was super mushy and we even found a hair in it.nTo summarise, never coming back.
Beautiful presentation of sushi. The pieces are smaller here than many other places in Uppsala as they have the right amount rice not having unneccesary much to fill up and make stuff look bigger. Good flavour.
We went and it was great the sushi pieces had a very nice flavor. We had a misunderstanding about not having sauces but they were very considerate and re made the pieces very politely. Best service so far.
We ordered without eggs and onion - we got eggs and full packed rolls with onion and no seafood inside. Looks pretty, but you will struggle chewing undercooked rice... and maki were falling apart... no sticks could help.nIt’s not worth it.
Sushi is very tasty, enjoyed every bite! Perhaps better to take away than to eat inside as it's quite noisy. Definitely recommend
