Amazing attraction place

A fairytale mountain of shiny black stone, rare minerals and with a wonderful view from Taberg's top. There is a nature school on the mine farm and free-roaming bats live in the mine.nnSmåland's Taberg is one of the county's most famous places. The mountain is visible from a very long distance where it rises over 100 meters higher than its surroundings, approximately 343 meters above sea level. Its importance to the landscape can hardly be overestimated and the view from the top is magnificent.

Well with a visit for a picnic or a coffee in the well situated old cafe, where they serve meals and coffee. There are also guided tours to the old mines, a more adventurers approach.

Nice that they leave the dead trees for nature to consume them naturally. Lots of birds and old trees. Fine place.
