I have been sick for almost 4 weeks now. Still couldn’t get an appointment because either I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or the nurses on the phone said “it sounds just like a virus. sit tight and wait it out” - how can you possible examine me over the phone?nwhat is this?nAs a foreign person I am very negatively surprised by the healthcare. disappointing!
Irresponsible, unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and impolite staff.nIn short: very bad service!

The sampling/lab is under all criticism.nYou can have to wait over an hour basically every time, and if you book an appointment there is still a waiting time. I waited 20 minutes past my booked time and asked when it was my turn. I was told they didn't know because they were analyzing samples.nNot ok treatment
