I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Nordea in Sweden. It’s absolutely terrible. The service is awful, the waiting times are extremely long, and you can’t even visit a branch without booking an appointment. Reaching them by phone is nearly impossible due to the endless queues. If you run into even the smallest issue with transferring money, trust me you’ll end up losing hours, if not days, before the problem is resolved.
Got faktura for nothing charged!!! Not even customer!
Terrible treatment from Tove. I have remained calm when she has repeatedly been rude or belittled me. I have ended up with her when I called 3 times within 2 months She contradicts what I say, and I can understand that she does not know everything when she has not found the right tab but I do not think that it justifies repeatedly contradicting or being rude. This is not a person who should work with service. When she transferred the call to her colleague I had tears running down my cheeks, is this how you should be treated in customer service?
Square treatment with no attempt to help the customer. If your products are damaged you have to fill out a semi-manual form that feels like it was taken straight from 1999, which is not a pleasant experience. Like all big banks they make a lot of money but help very little. Staff seem to convince themselves that they are making a good career, but the bank is all about taking.
So terribly bad service, it's like a skit.nI have now been trying to change from a letter invoice to an e-invoice for five months. I have called customer service several days a week to get my case out but it never gets fixed.nThere are always long phone queues about 25-45 minutes and it is not a good idea to write an email, they have NEVER responded to that.nHorrible is no exaggeration
