Well, you need an appointment, but my wife knocked on their door they opened it anyway to book. Compared to other banks in Sweden, this is the one that helped me most. Attendants are really nice and concerned about my needs.
Good place to creat the account. But you need to get a appointment before go there through the call center. Helped me to create the account. Explained me everything clearly. Excellent customer service. Located in the 12 th floor. Use the elivator. If you are accessing throug metro station it might take some time to find the place.
Hopelessly long waiting times and no actions to handling it. Doesn't seem as staff is aware of caring about the customer experience of waiting. Over lunch the staff is even reduced as the queues are growing longer!nThe competing bank branches in Jakobsberg have handled this so much better!
Nordea Branch in Jakobsberg= Probably the worst customer service I have ever had since I moved in Sweden three years ago. The front desk lady was out of place and mood. What a shame!!!
