One of the best equipped and largest gyms in Gothenburg. A big plus is the free parking. The only downside is that it is usually busy.
A good gym with excellent equipment, featuring a sauna and a small pool.
Not the biggest and not the smallest of the Nordic Wellness gyms. Friendly staff. Usually OKish clean changing rooms. Sauna is nice maybe fit about 5 people. The training area is OK as well. They have a bench for doing vertical rows seal row? which is great.
I have seen many nordic wellness branch but this one is one of my favorites. It is spacious, you can find children room and massage and different kind of therapy options with supervision of trainers.
This is one of the bigger Nordic Wellness gyms in town. A lot of cardio machines and a large area for free weight lifting. The only downside is that there are too many Smith machines and only one proper power cage.
