A big gym with a lot of stuff. I’m especially impressed by the pool, pneumatic resistance machines, and the sled.nnUnfortunately, the gym is not very well maintained. I had to tighten a screw by hand to keep a machine intact.
Not the biggest and not the smallest of the Nordic Wellness gyms. Friendly staff. Usually OKish clean changing rooms. Sauna is nice maybe fit about 5 people. The training area is OK as well. They have a bench for doing vertical rows seal row? which is great.
One of the best equipped and largest gyms in Gothenburg. A big plus is the free parking. The only downside is that it is usually busy.
Crowed and no free parking anymore.
I have seen many nordic wellness branch but this one is one of my favorites. It is spacious, you can find children room and massage and different kind of therapy options with supervision of trainers.
