this is a good gym, not to crowded and decently sized. the have some unique gym equipment and machines to offer, such as an arm blaster and a seal-row setup.
Friendly staff that almost always greet you with a smile and a “hello!”. Equipment-wise I’d say they have all that one needs, and a plus is that they have a kids room where small children can be entertained while the parents have their workout. Is showing some wear and tear, but as a new locale is just around the corner literally they are holding out for that.nOn the minus side; they need to start checking yoga mats, handles etc. and replacing these more often. Surely that is in the budget?
Nice classes, good gym - clean & modern atmosphere!
There are better gyms but this is fine
They have what you need and are open 24/7
