The gym is incredibly small and rather packed. Very noisy as well. Only one set of most dumbbells, and the sauna no longer works. Classes seem much higher quality in intensity though.
Best Gym in town ! Staff is kind. New Equipment , clean and spacious.
The gym itself is perfectly large areas and there is what you need, although it wouldn't have hurt to have one more station for deadlifts/leg curls and a bigger station for dumbbells.nnBut as is usually the case in Nordic, the clientele are young adults who are there to train secondarily and occupy stations and check mobiles/the opposite sex primarily. So those of us who actually want to train are forced to cross/wait for an unnecessarily long time.nnThe dressing room is ok. The showers are nothing more. Bad jet and the timer is set for 10 seconds and in between you have to try to start the shower via a censor that works when it feels like it.nnI train here when I travel for work and try to come when there are least disruptive clientele. Would not have wanted this as my main gym unfortunately.
The facility felt fresh and there is a good range of machines here.nLikes to try different Nordic Wellnes gyms in Skåne and this one is among the top 3 I've been to.nnCould only see 1 person working at the front desk, but she was as nice as can be and gave good service.nShe was really cruel, constantly going into the gym to make sure it looked good, you are a gold starnnStop by here if you want to train at a good gym!
It is the best and most beautiful gym in this city, it is spacious and big, its service is excellent, it is clean and the staff is wonderful
