Before NW this gym was one of the best in Sweden. As international student I felt very welcome by the staff and community that Gymment had however now it’s just horrible. No matter what hour u go there is always a mess or unracked weights. Before it was professional weight lifting atmosphere but now it just become kids playground. Changing the age requirement from 18 to 13 was the biggest mistake that this gym could make.
Since Nordic Wellness took over the staff are unhelpful and there are teenagers messing about or grouping around machines. They also are adding a bunch of extra costs when I had no issues with payments before. Not a place to get a good workout anymore.
The most complete Gym I have been in Stockholm so far!nnLots of quality equipments. Elite/Highly motivated people train here and it gives inspiration for others to be inspired.nnVery clean and neatly maintained. Open for 20 hours a day which is great. You can train anytime literally. Aerobics floor and weights floor consist a lot of equipments that I have only seen here.
Previous review: One of the best gyms I've been to.nCurrent review: One of the worst gyms in Stockholm. NW destroyed this place in a matter of weeks, quite an achievement. I found food next the machines today, and the locker has never been dirtier. Appalling.
Getting a week membership here during my Stockholm visit was easily one of the best decisions I made. The equipment/facility is clean & organized, staff is friendly, flexible hours, and they offer a variety of ways to train weight training downstairs, cardio & aerobic/calisthenic stuff upstairs. Can’t recommend this place enough, awesome!! **heads up to non-Swedish citizens**: you must speak with staff in-person to get a day/week pass membership online registration requires a Swedish SSN, so aim around 11-1500.
