Many good classes! Great access to park the car and bike, near the bus station and all. A lot of broken cardio machines though. Still!? It's been like that off and on for years... The gym in general would benefit from some freshening up. Especially the ladies shower- and changing room. Nice lockers but the rest is old and kind of filthy.
I like this smallish gym.n1 packed with several top squat racks. Free and railn2 has a heavy bag for boxingn3 has a glute machinen4 solid free weightsn5 working suanan6 battle ropesn7 smiling friendly people.but not so manyn8 free parking and no machine bonusn9 team directly outside
Small gym but very good. Has the most important machines.
Very clean and organized.You should try it!
