I recently moved from The Netherlands to Sweden and since Northbike is the only KTM dealer around my area, decided to go there today to look up an issue with the Quickshfiter+ of my 1290 SAR. First time I came to Northbike. I got helped really well, they fixed my KTM within the hour. Very friendly people.nnIn all honesty, not the cheapest store but that's logical if you look at the building and how much stock they have. On top of that, they helped me out really well with a toolkit that was missing when I bought my KTM. Not even at their place. Hats off!nnThanks again!
I have already bought 2 motorcycles from Northbike and I am very satisfied with their service, response time and professionalism. Even when they are in Sundsvall and I'm in Skåne, I've been treated much better by them remotely than in some stores here in Skåne in person.nMarcus Blom is a great salesman!

Called Northbike Sundsvall for a replacement chain, mine was completely worn out. I know I'm not supposed to, but they lended me powertools to fix my issue and gave me helpful advice. Would recommend, great service and friendly staff!
Was there as a foreign traveler on my way back from NordKapp. Had my rear tyre going to be worn off soon. I just bought a rear tyre for my bike and the seller was very kind and welcoming. I had also a little discount very much appreciated !
