Do not recommend buying a home from this company. Errors that are reported are not rectified, responsibility is shifted to subcontractors and customer treatment after purchase is under all criticism.

They destroy areas and make stupid and ugly houses. They are worse than worst

Would not recommend buying a home from Obos. Nice homes but serious faults for which they do not take responsibility. They blame subcontractors and have no employees of their own, but hire others who, in turn, have no real opportunity to fix the problems since it is actually Obos.

Obos doesn't care about guarantees. Most of the blame is on the subcontractors. They promise to fix the errors, but nothing happens.nWould not recommend anyone to buy a home from obos.

Nice facade but worse value base on the company with poor responsibility after handing over to home owners with late deliveries and low budget products in the products that include the house, which then OBOS does not take responsibility for in case of problems but refers to the Swedish general agent. Big annoyance when they always blame others.
