Have been a consumer of Ockelbo Ost for many years and tried several of their varieties. Most of the time I have been very satisfied and have found a couple of favorites over the years, but on the other hand, I have noticed some flaws in the quality in recent times. I contacted Ockelbo Ost to ask what happened and after a little conversation they would replace me with a gift card. After that, it has become dead quiet and now they don't even respond to emails anymore and no gift card has appeared. Will avoid this company in the future.
Hi, for many years I have enjoyed the red farmer's cheese. But the last few times it has become so hard and not as good as before. I think that's a shame. If there are alternatives that are as it was before, I would like to know. Thanks.
Your pizza mix has to be the most unpleasant cheese I've ever eaten. Incredibly strange and foamy texture.
The best cheeses, even Gouda cheese, are delicious when Ockelbo produces them.
Ockelbo Black my favorite cheese that I find it hard to live without.
