I had a terrible experience renting a vehicle! The employee claimed that I caused the damage to the vehicle, but the damage was present before my rent. I requested the photo from the gas station before my rent and the scratch was there before! Seems that the logic is, when you pay for the insurance, they would try to report some damages in your name so they can claim a payout from the insurance company. That is really terrible! I do not recommend renting at OKQ8!
