Renting a van from OKQ8 was a good experience. Both check out and returning the vehicle was quick and easy with very friendly and helpful staff. The one downside is that the van was very dirty when I picked it up. Would have given them 5 stars if they just cleared out the previous drivers rubbish.
This is a place where you have it all. Automatic car cleaning, self car cleaningAround 10 slots for those who wish to wash their car or motorbike or cycle on their own, car lifts 3 lifts for those who wish to lift their car for purposes like tyre change, oil change ,etc., hire bigger vehicle for moving, gas station, a shop with refreshments and car cleaning accessories, etc., Air pump for tyres, water for the radiator and wipers, parking places. Talk to the person inside the main shop and get access cards for the wash or lift stations.
I visited here for the carwash. The car wash had technical problems and I had to wait for around 10 minutes untill the very nice and helpful staff fixed it. I got a free pre-wash as compensation for the delay.
Good variety of products and friendly staff!
We Used to have a lots of problem with vehicle charging station in here , fortunately they fixed the problem and now they have very helpful personnel. Thank you
