Bad service, nobody talks English in reception out there which is nowadays unbelievable. Women on the phone stated very proudly that everyone in theirs clinic speaks only Swedish. I came few days ago with my 4 years old daughter with high fever over 39 degrees and she has like this for 4 days but she’s sick overall for 2 weeks by now, I asked for a appointment with a doctor since it’s obvious it wasn’t a ordinary cold, they told me on reception that they will book a call with a nurse few hours later, nobody called obviously. Situation like this happened many times in there. They have no respect for people from aboard, they’ll probably only be nice for Swedish people. Me personally when I needed to get help for my sake, situation was exactly the same. I was there few years apparently so I experienced situations like this many times. I strongly advise against signing up in this clinic. I called to a clinic in Sölvesborg, on top of that service is really nice and kind, obviously speaking English without a problem I could come at the same day, which never happened in there!

I experience serious shortcomings in both the treatment and care at this health center. The receptionist often acts as if she were a doctor and gives out incorrect advice instead of booking an appointment with licensed personnel. Getting an appointment is almost impossible, and the few times you do get there, you are met with pure incompetence and care that does not take the patient's problem seriously. Instead of real solutions, only temporary emergency solutions are offered that do not help at all. I have also heard a lot of negative things from several others about the health center - and unfortunately my own experience confirms this. The whole situation is unacceptable and makes trust in the care here basically non-existent.

I switched back to this health center again. I think it's good so far. I've only been here for a couple of years but so far it's good.
