Short story: came in to fix my iPhone, he messed up my screen and my battery, only got a partial fix/refund. Long story: the back piece on my iPhone was broken and I needed a replacement back piece. When I got the phone back from the shop the screen was with pixel fault and the battery was ruined from a technician using too much force. Got a new screen after lots of sobbing. They said the battery wasn’t on them but on a second opinion in another shop we could see it was physically broken and had to be replaced. Cost me 750 kronor and the owner of this shop promised me a partial refund but it never happened even though I reminded him a couple of times. Lesson learned: when at shops like this ask if they use a 3rd party technician. This hop did and the owner could never quite step up and take responsibility for his choice of doing so. Fixed the screen, yes, but a professional would just take the hit and apologize and then solve their own issues without involving the customer. Couldn’t even promise well he never payed anyway a full refund on my cost for his mistake on messing up my battery. Nice guy but can’t be trusted. Go somewhere else
