On Saturday I asked one of the shop assistant if I can purchase something and collect it on Monday and she said yes but I have to buy it on Sunday.nFastfoward to Sunday I come here again to purchase the item and double check about the agreement with the previous shop assistant but they told me I can't do it anymore.nJust throw the NO into my face without any further explanation.nOne of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I will stick to ICA for future purchases.nAt least ICA keep their promises.
If you want to spend money on things you don't want this is the place to go! And they even have some things that you might need one day or another for a good price, therefore 3,0
Good shop, you can find many things except grocery. Cheap an not bad quality stuff.
Value for money purchases, not all items are cheaper than other retailers.
They have all groceries at a reasonable price.
