live just over 40 km from Oppeby but have received a shipment to your store. very frustrating as there is no valid phone number for you. the ones available online go to a former employee living in Härnösand and another landline number you have permanently blocked. I live between Vadsbro and Flen but for some reason UPS has delivered it to your store. I just wanted to make sure it was open before I drive 2 x 40 km regardless it would have been very easy to call about this So YES a phone number would have simplified and meant a lot.nHumility doesn't hurt. So opening hours.. The idea is that it should be open when it says it should be open, but here the opposite is true. Almost every time you go to pick up a package, it is closed, sometimes temporarily with a note on the door and sometimes it is just completely blocked for no reason. Incredibly annoying and time-consuming to go several times to pick up your package. Even bankruptcy and deregistration from F-tax and VAT does not make things better.
I live 100m away and am so grateful for the generous opening hours but he works more than 68 hours a week, EVERY week!nI was delighted when I saw that he was closed over the Easter weekend. Everything always runs smoothly.
