Stepped into a deserted Optimera in Lidköping where the staff were more interested in private conversations with each other than me as a customer. Was able to find the right plug. Asked for a screw for the plug that was supposed to be gold-colored. As Optimera stated as a professional shop, it was not for sale. Asked the staff if they could tell me where there was such a screw. No idea, maybe in Skara, the salesperson replied! Bought the screw from Claes Ohlsson. Will go there in the future for proper treatment
