A fantastically nice flower/garden and gift shop. I do not recognize myself in the review with one star as I have never experienced anything other than a pleasant, professional and warm reception. High class in plants and gifts - I can only warmly recommend this to everyone who passes by Floda and needs plants or gifts.

Went in today and bought a bouquet of flowers which I do occasionally and was part of an extremely unpleasant reception which I have never experienced before, went into the shop and into the cold room where it says welcome on the door and starts to see me putting together a bouquet which I had done earlier, hears the door behind me open but thinks that there are more customers coming in as no one says anything, then I feel someone standing behind me and I turn to see who, there is a woman with a very grim face mine stands like a prison guard with his hands crossed behind his back and really glaresnat me, excuse me I say and take a step to the side am I standing in your way? No, but it looks like you need help, she says and continues to look at me grimly, I don't understand at first but then I ask her if she works here, yes I do, she says and nothing more.. ok I didn't understand, I then say back but then maybe you know if you have a bridal veil because I can't find it in here, we usually don't have one, she then replies snidely back to which I reply that yes, at least you usually have all the times I've bought a bouquet here, I thought for a moment moment just put the flowers back to buy somewhere but found me and then asked her what she thought of another option I had found, do you think you should have 1 or 2 of these, then she pursed her lips and said that it's a matter of taste..nOk but then I'll take these and you can make a bouquet to wrap for me, while she's doing this she doesn't say a word to me but just continues to be angry and snort her mouth even though I've only been nice back the whole time, now in retrospect I regret not questioning her behavior towards a customer, I've never been treated like this before..

Good assortment. Helpful staff. Fun with the fish pond inside the store. If you ask, it usually goes well to feed the fish. A nice feature for the kids.nIt would have been cozier with a small coffee and ice cream café by the pergola.nIce cream is inside the store, of course.nCozy place.

Very nice to shop here. You can get good help with care. Ok pricesn.

Good selection, friendly staff and there is a fish pond where the children can hang out while the parents stroll around.
