Really bad customer service. Paid 1000 SEK for 1 l of linseed oil paint and received a dented can that couldn't be closed. No compensation
Have shopped by mail order. Ottossons färgmakeri AB is easy to deal with and solution-oriented. Also sells quality products. In durable packaging.nnA small can of desiccant had leaked when I opened the package. I contacted Ottossons about this. They sent me a new can directly which was appreciated.nnMy highly personal opinion is that Schenker is not the best shipping company. A suggestion for a small improvement for Ottossons färgmakeri AB, would be if they let customers choose more shipping alternatives, with a different shipping company.
Best paint shop. Best color. Nice treatment. You can't just stop painting. There is always something new that needs to be painted one of their nice colors.
Fast service and friendly service. Got good user tips too.
