It used to be better, i don't know what changed but something did change, last time on arrival they lied about the time to pick me up, they said 5-10mins and it was more then 20 mins then i called and they stopped answering.nI asked for the car to be cleaned and asked them to focus on interior and I was willing to pay extra, the car was not as clean as i wanted, the door trips and the back sits were still dirty.
Worst experience of my life. Me and my family were going on vacation and needed a place to park. Then we come and all the cars are in a line because there is “no space” Someone tried to go out and ask when we will move and the worker said to stay in his car . Don’t come here .
Fantastic service. Convenient location and such easy transfer and pick up to and from the airport. Will always use ARN Långtidsparkering!
I left the car for a week. They were super accommodating with leaving us as terminal 2 instead and were all very thoughtful. The option to wash the car inside and out turned out amazing and was nice to come home to a clean car! Even with all our stuff left in the car. Will definitely recommend to others!
Wonderful service and stuff! I think they should organize courses how to treat a customer. Kind, caring and human. In the middle of night! Wow!nThey were the same over telephone when I was booking my complicated wish - I was leaving the car, other family was taking it over, the other family leacing the car again and me picking it up. They were so patient and helpful and such a value for money. Thank you ARN!
