What a culinarian, professional, yet personal experience! A hidden gem in the small town of Markaryd with international class and ingenuity. Celebrating both my wife's birthday and Pentecostal Day we had a four course dinner and a three course dessert, and the flavours and after tastes were incredible, especially the truffel entrecôte and the mandarine sufflé. The fact that chef Carlos Javier does everything all by himself is amazing and inspiring!

What an Amazing experience. The food was at gourmet level and all tasted delicious. The owner who is your chef and waiter is very charismatic and presents the food very well with interesting stories adding to the flavor experience. All perfectly balanced. We are definitely coming back.
