Came across this restaurant on route to another destination and so glad we stopped. Great food, full of flavour and creativity made by a trained Michelin star chef in a small town. Hospitality done with a smile as well! Highly recommend!

Five stars are not nearly enough for this Michelin star recipient chef Carlos!!nnRun, don't walk! Coming from Europe, Canada and Australia, this was by farrrrr THE best food we've EVER had!nnWe had a three course meal and the words to describe the flavours are: magical, insane, beautiful, wonderful, superb and delicious even that doesn't capture it!. He is an absolute genius at balancing and creating flavours. All local ingredients and the menu changes every few months, because a genius cannot be kept in a bottle :!nnIf it sounds to good to be true, especially for this small town: I promise you it's not, it is worth every minute of your time and then some!

We got there by chance and hadn't book which we learned you should absolutely do. A pearl in the middle of nowhere! We were mesmerized by the food and the welcome. The paella was divine. The café gourmand is a must!nWe will definitely return on our way back!

An extraordinary culinary experience created by a world-class artist-chef at the top of his game. We savored each surprising, delicious, hand-crafted dish of our four taster courses. The top-notch service and classy atmosphere transported us to Barcelona and Paris. The coffee gourmand sampler-platter dessert--WOW. What a fantastic finale to our feast!! Thank you for such a lovely memorable evening with my husband, daughter, and son-in-law, Carlos!!! You are a treasure. We will be back!!

A fine dining experience in a small town. The food was incredible - each dish prepared and presented with utmost care, each ingredient thoughtfully added to create interesting flavour profiles.nnI read the reviews before going, and I think the negative ones come from people who aren't adventurous eaters - don't bother with this place if you're not willing to try food combinations you haven't thought of before. We were thoroughly impressed and enjoyed the experience.
