I had to pay a consequent amount of money because I did not clean behind my oven which was inaccessible!nA friend of mine had to pay 200 euros in fees even though we had cleaned everything!nMy flat was really clean when I returned it.nIt's really disgusting to take advantage of foreign students in this way. The apartment itself is ok but the contact with the landlord and the treatment is extremely unpleasant. Feels very much like a scam. When you move out, you have to clean the apartment which I did for multiple days very thoroughly. I got proof that it was clean from multiple people and photos. But they charged me the maximum amount for cleaning about 2000 SEK. Not recommended!
They fraudly charge you afterwards for dust in the apartment you left and make up fake damages and blame on you. Expensive to begin with för the tiny apartments in a place of town that's now even worth living in. Definitely do not recommend.
I do no recommend this building because the price is not proportionate to the size of the room and the building location. They are also incorrect in returning the deposit.
Park Student Apartments is not something I recommend. Lived there for about 2 years. There is nothing to complain about during the stay. But when I moved out, it was handled so unreasonably. I got a cut on some of my moving-out cleaning, which I was not entirely surprised about. What was so incredibly unprofessional was that I received my invoice about 4 months after the inspection. I didn't have the energy to fight that fight then, but today I wish I had. I've heard much better about other players in Västerås! :
