The quality of their balloons is excellent, and their delivery is remarkably fast. Moreover, their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. Although they initially sent the wrong cake board, they promptly rectified the mistake within a day of my notification. Their responsiveness makes working with them a flexible and pleasant experience.

I gave it 5 starts because it works well for me. I order and then I pick my order up in Flemingsberg. They have nearly everything for a party and the prices are alright. It is a little hard to find them if you haven't been to their warehouse before. They deliver too, by the way.
Ordered ballong, plates, napkins and Helium. Everything was great EXCEPT the helium. The can said 20ballons. I t was enough for 24 ballong with 2/3 air and 1/3 helium. They raised fine but more than 50% came down over night. You can feel the bad quality of the helium. Tried to review on the site but I coulden't so THE REWIEWS THERE MUST BE FAKE or old. The other thing was as I said good an delivery was fast!
Edit: After giving this review I was promptly contacted by the company and the issue has been sorted out. So know that if you expirence any problem with them I am in the minority here, they will fix it. Thank you!nnMy items were broken on arrival. I understand things happen in transit but the broken pieces were not even in the box. Tried calling and emailing with no response.
