nnHad an awesome experience at Pauls Motor! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect bike. Great selection, no pressure, and they really cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a motorcycle!

I bought a motorcycle from this company at the end of June with a promise of delivery the following week. That promise was not kept, and I never received any feedback – I had to call myself every week to find out what was going on. The answers I got were that the workshop was busy with complaints, that the staff was on vacation, and that they were waiting for spare parts.nnAfter just over a month without a motorcycle, I decided to cancel the purchase. This after I was informed that it would be another week before they could continue working on my motorcycle. The entire month of July passed without me being able to use the motorcycle I bought.nnUnfortunately, both communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Not recommended.
