Service is good, but it was a bit expensive to repair the battery.
My electric bike battery wouldn't charge, 6 year old Biltema frame battery. I received a very nice service, fixed price, got to choose if I wanted to upgrade the capacity, which I did. Test cycled my usual route today and was able to ride at a slightly lower power and it didn't seem to have taken anything off the battery meter. I'm super satisfied.
