We offer locally grown and/or raised produce as well as short term/vacation accommodation.
In April 2014, Elke and Nicholas Lusack - Rosiers purchased Petters Gård, a small, 4 ha farm in Fjärås, Sweden, that received its name from its first owner in 1835. Petters Gård consists of a newly planted vineyard, a goat pen, field and woodland.
The 1-year old vineyard holds roughly 700 vines of which 600 are of the Solaris grape (white) and 100 of the Rondo grape (red).
The goat pen allows 9 goats and their 16 kids to roam freely all year round.
Elke's and Nicholas' vision for the farm is twofold:
1. to offer local produce ranging from wine and honey to goat and duck products as well as berries, jams and juices.
2. to offer holiday and short term accommodation in an enchanting and genuine farming environment.
During summer a number of activities are arranged such as berry harvesting and milking. Winter time, the public is invited to come and learn how to make foie gras and berch sirup.
