Phil's Burger

I stopped in for a late lunch and ordered the Caesar salad. I asked if the salad was heavily dressed and the server said it was and recommended the dressing on the side. This was a good suggestion. The salad was very light on lettuce and the chicken was dry and flavorless. The dressing was also completely flavorless and absolutely not a Caesar dressing. I’m going to help the kitchen out by posting a good recipe here so they can dump out that crap they are serving:n2 garlic cloves, mincedn1 tablespoon anchovy pasten2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juicen1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire saucen2 egg yolksn1/2 cup extra virgin olive oiln1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggianon1/4 teaspoon saltn1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

I tried the vegan burger for the first time and absolutely not worth it. Burger patty was drenched in oil and the buns were not good either.nFries were good but for vegetarians atleast i would recommend halloumi burger and not the vegan one.

Very tasty burger! We had the Phil's and the chicken burger. Both are surprisingly great. Staff are helpful too :
