A place where you can find everything you need. Pickesjön in Borås is a lake known for its recreational opportunities and natural beauty. It's a popular spot for swimming, fishing, jogging, and picnicking, especially during the summer months.nThe area around the lake also has walking trails that are great for enjoying the outdoors. It's a nice place to relax and experience some of the nature that Borås has to offer. There are many places to pitch the tent for camping and a couple of places of barbecue area.
Nice place to calm your self and it’s a beautiful spot for a walk and having some grilling experience. Specifically in the autumn we can see wide range of mushrooms. But we need to be so careful about the poisoning mushrooms while we picking up them. And I recommend to wear long and covered dress to visit here. They have parking sports and also the lake side have several spots to seat down. Beautiful place to visit in boras.
My favourite place for a stroll or jog. Not too hilly and with well kept paths. Plenty of shade but also sunny spots to enjoy the sun and maybe a little swim. It's popular with dog owners. Fire pits and benches at several spots, bring your own wood/barbecue.
The best lake in this Town. Feels like a lake up north and has a 3.5km route around it. Fantastic during every season of the year.
