Love this restaurant and its concept, just a bit expensive. Since every order is at least 45-65kr. And you will probably eat about 4-7 different dishes.nIf you get your salary in €,£ or $, it's cheap. Great taste and good service.nnIt is easy for the kids to find something to eat. Even if they are picky, there will be something for them.nnNice drinks even without alcohol if you want that.nDessert is also nice and tasty.nnI do recommend that you give it a chance.
The food is great and the prices are acceptable. drinks are pretty pricey though.nordering is done through an app and picked up yourself - no real service. we tried to get a waitress to help us order because it was our first time but it took her quite a while to respond to that. we also were not told how the ordering works and had to get ourselves plates to eat from. therefore low service score.nthe chairs and floors were pretty dirty but lighting and ambiance was nice. nice for talking and social occasions
I visited ponchos for the first time and it was not experience. nobody asked me about it, also there was no any explanation how it works if you are here for the first time it really mattersnAnd it feels like personal don’t care about the customers. We were here with kids and popcorn was not provided, we had to ask and wait I found paper and crayons for kids by myself, there was no any tips about it. Restaurant closes at 22, but kitchen was already closed at 20.30nnFood is food, but portion is really small, cocktails are fine
The portions are so small and cute. I love the set up of using your phone to order your food. Even though it took me a while to get used to. If I travel to Sweden again Im totally going back.
Excellent food, fun drinks, higher in price, but worth it. Soft lighting and chill atmosphere
