Pizza Hut

We visited Pizza Hut recently. The pizza and drink cost 222 SEK, and additionally two salad bars were ordered at 45 SEK per person.nUnfortunately, the salad bar was very disappointing. In reality, it consisted of only three types of cabbage: fresh cabbage with vinegar, fresh cabbage with vinegar and pineapple, and cabbage mixed with a mayonnaise-based sauce that looked far from fresh. There were also sliced onions and jalapeños — and that was the entire selection. For a price of 45 SEK, the choice was extremely limited. The pineapple tasted sour and seemed to have been sitting there for more than one day.nThe pizza arrived quite quickly — within 10 minutes. We ordered a medium pizza to share. The pizza itself was good: a crispy crust, thick dough, and served in a pan. This is not Italian pizza but rather an American-style version — filling and different. The pizza was the main positive part of the visit.nThe dining area was noticeably dirty, even considering the winter season. What stood out most was the staff behavior: employees were shouting to each other across the restaurant, and one staff member was sitting at the bar counter with their feet on the table. This felt unprofessional and uncomfortable for guests, although most people tried to ignore it.nI used to visit this place occasionally for the buffet, but after this experience, I can say this was my last visit.

Good food, but the staff… not so much.nnThe person behind the counter taking orders had a really bad attitude and zero engagement. It honestly felt like I should be grateful she even allowed me to order Ridiculous.nnIf you hate people, maybe don’t work in a service job.

This franchise is one of the best in the world, unfortunately I can't say nothing much complimentary about the specific restaurant. Upon arrival there was no staff to greet us for at least 20 seconds, when the server came there was no smile and no talk. We asked for English menu and the had it! +1 in this case, - 1 for having 'cheese wings 6pcs' instead of cheese triangles. They replicated this item on the menu.nWe were able to choose our seats, the waitress didn't explain how to order either. All confused we sat down and there was a leaflet saying how to order through app. It was completely useless so I went to the bar to order. Again, the waitress was lifeless. In fact, all the staff were lifeless, the mood and atmosphere were horrible. We assumed there are some team issues.nBack to the food.nThe salad station was laughable. 10 items of salad, really? Even kebab stand has more than that. 3 dressing. No fried onion, bacon, nothing like that. It was disasterous. The salad was dry, nobody taught the staff to toss it around once in a while so it stays looking fresh so we did it for them. The dressings had a dry crust on the edges of the pot!nThe one star is for the pizza itself, it was delicious. We had the kebab pizza with cheese stuffed crust.nThe owner of this restaurant should visit other pizza huts especially in England or the States to get the real idea of what pizza hut should look like, offer and how the staff should behave.nAt the end I went for a pizza box and one young man asked me how my meal was and very pleasant. One staff was somewhat in a good mood and energetic. I have no idea what is this owner doing to beat their staff down hard.nSafe to say, we won't be back. Thank you, but no thank you.

My last visit to Pizza Hut was great. I've tried their buffet once and it was honestly amazing. Can't recommend this restauraunt more. Would love to go here again, and I will in the future. The atmosphere could be improved a little.

I recently went to Pizza Hut in Jönköping and ordered 3 BLT sandwiches, which I had enjoyed at various branches for three years. Unfortunately, we paid nearly 600 SEK for essentially lettuce, tomato, and bread; as the chicken strips were removed without informing customers, very small amount of cheese and the BLT breads were not cut. When I raised this with the shift leader, he acknowledged the removal of chicken strips despite a price increase, and refused a refund. So we had to order the chicken strips separately. I have been there two times and the improfessional behaviour of the shift leader illustrates poor management of the branch, we will not be returning.
