I love plantagen and used to go the one in Väla and super sad that it closed.I had to go to this one to return a plant that was dying, as I had 1 year gurantee and I had the reciept and everything but the staff refused saying that she can see that I didn't take care of it. I do not understand that, as when I bought it said I had 1 year gurantee and I had similar problem before and the staff in väla would claim it for me. In the end, the personel in Råa gave me a 10% discount on the new plant... however, I am still upset as I had the right to claim it and that was refused.. quite disappointing.. why is there a one year gurantee then??
Well stocked store easy to navigate if you know exactly what to look for. It can be a bit of a hassle to find an employee on the floor but nothing that will bother you if you not in a hurry.
Picked up flowers for my wedding here I wanted potted flowers instead of cut ones. Good selection and a wonderful price.
