PLANTAGON
Plantagon is a new and modern kind of company combining maximum competitiveness, good corporate citizenship, transparency and democratic values. Our field is Urban Agriculture and Industrial Vertical Farming.

THE CHALLENGE
Recently UN estimated that the population will increase by 40 percent and exceed 9 billion people by year 2050. With traditional farming practices and consumption patterns, the Earth’s arable land will soon not be sufficient to produce enough food for the growing population.

VERTICAL GREENHOUSE
In response to this challenge, Plantagon has developed a vertical space-efficient greenhouse for the urban environment, delivering locally grown organic food directly to the consumer.

The Plantagon Greenhouse can be integrated into existing or new infrastructure to increase the efficiency regarding use of water, waste and energy. The greenhouse will deliver fresh high-quality food directly to consumers or starving citizens of the third world.
