Unfortunately, my experience at PLOQ was disappointing. During the busy lunch hour, there was only one employee working, which led to extremely long waiting times.nnThe staff member did their best and was clearly working hard, but it felt unfair – both for the customers and for the employee. The situation seemed poorly managed and left a negative impression.nnThe food might be good, but with this level of service and organization, it’s hard to recommend. Better staffing during peak hours would make a big difference.

Unfriendly young staff who won't take an order unless you're standing in the right place apparently. No thanks, went to Espressohouse instead.

My visit was good. I wonder why you don't have Too Good To Go?

Running a fast food joint with only one staff member at lunchtime is not working. She did what she could and did a good job, but it's sad to see customers leaving because it's not flowing.nnMan up!!!

The food selection was a joke.nTasteless sausage.nService at the same level.
