World class when it comes to complaints and delivery.nI had problems with the charging of my Deeper fish finder and PN Jakt solved it by sending a new one right away without a lot of hassle. He even got it before the weekend so I could fish with it.

Don't buy here! They can't keep anything they say and forced me to keep a product that I wanted to return! Really bad service.

Good selection and friendly staff.nBut 3/5 due to delivery time and service fees..nnOrdered a pair of pants, glovesnand other things, the service fee was addednof about 100kr. When the package arrived, the gloves were missing… nThe pants were too small so I had to return the pants and was asked to place a new order. Had to pay 100kr more in new service fee…nI got the pants home and they were broken. I was asked to complain about them and place a new order.nSo I make a third order to get my pants and get a third service fee of 100kr.nnAbout 300kr in service fee..nnThat's unreasonable
